I admit my weakness for this brand, and what helps is the fact that in recent years, Jaeger has been able to surprise us with novelties and develop and renew its image without losing its philosophy.

We've been waiting years for a new JLC chrono and when it comes along a) it's gimmick packed
illegible style driven nonsense and b) brand damaging rumour abounds as to whether the chronograph movement is really JLC alone. So, form over function allied to potential brand suicide from the watchmaker's watchmaker make this one watch to watch.

The negative aspect of having that many complications is that we will hardly appreciate the actual value of the watch. Even though impeccable, this model confirms that feeling.

Impressive from the dial to the strap, wonderful Compressor case. Best of all, it's a JLC.
